Exhibition Stand Construction & Custom Fabrication

Exhibition stand construction begins well before installation. We review drawings, prepare fabrication details and plan production sequences. Our workshop makes walls, counters, totems, displays, cladding and bespoke furniture, coordinating the trades involved.

For exhibition stand construction, our joinery team turns drawings into physical components using CNC machining, panel saws, circular saws and precision tools. We plan dimensions, joints, machined details and technical access so elements can be transported and assembled accurately. Our workshop uses professional tools including Festool and Makita.

In custom exhibition stand construction, finishing is an essential part of the final result. We prepare surfaces and select application methods according to the material, use and finish required: airless spraying, lacquer coatings and automotive-style finishes. Our workshop uses professional equipment including Graco and Sagola, from large surfaces to carefully finished details.

Our in-house exhibition stand construction team prepares the electrical installation and lighting connections during production. We plan circuits, connectors and cable routes in advance. Wieland-type quick connections support organised, efficient installation in accordance with venue electrical requirements.

We integrate LED strips, LED neon, profiles, diffusers and different luminaires into fascias, counters, showcases and architectural elements. Rather than adding lighting at the end, we prepare the structure for fixtures, power supplies and technical access from the outset.

Audiovisual integration requires planning for supports, dimensions, depth, ventilation, cabling and maintenance access. We fabricate bespoke walls, totems and structures designed to house screens and LED systems, creating a clean integration with the stand design. This work connects directly with our audiovisual services.

Before dispatch to the exhibition venue, we review dimensions, joints, finishes, installations and transport preparation. Coordination between joinery, painting and electrical teams helps resolve construction details before arriving on site.
