Point-of-sale and passenger service counters for APS (Airport Passenger Services) at Milan Malpensa Airport, Italy. The kiosks identified Premium Porter Service, a luggage assistance service for travellers.

APS project details
The project included an open counter inside the terminal and an outdoor kiosk by the departures entrance. The outdoor kiosk had a hinged front panel that opened to form a canopy above the counter. APS’s magenta graphics and gold arches, reminiscent of luggage trolleys, gave both formats a shared identity.
