MWC Barcelona brings together the connectivity and technology ecosystem, including mobile operators, device manufacturers, technology providers and content businesses. It offers a setting for discovering solutions, sharing developments and building professional relationships. For an exhibiting brand, the challenge is explaining its offer among many competing messages and demonstrations.
What are exhibitors looking for?
Goals may combine launches, demonstrations, commercial meetings and partner development. Before choosing an eye-catching form, decide what visitors should remember and what they should do next: try a solution, speak with a specialist or arrange a meeting. That decision guides graphics, screens and stand layout.

Our projects at this event
What should you consider when planning the stand?
Plan the duration and capacity of each demo, required equipment, connectivity and technical access. Allow room for waiting visitors and separate meetings from the main circulation. At Projekta, furniture, lighting and AV are integrated during design to reduce last-minute adjustments.
