Email and telephone enquiries

The contact assistant prepares your enquiry in your browser without submitting it to our server. When finished, it opens your email application for you to review and send the message. If it does not open, you can copy the enquiry. Email links open your email application and telephone links let you start a call. If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, when requested, prepare a proposal or deliver the contracted service. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps or performing a contract where applicable; for other professional enquiries, the legitimate interest in answering the communication. Providing information is voluntary, although we need a way to reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and recipients

Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond and follow up on the proposal. Once the enquiry is closed or the proposal is declined, retention is limited to what is needed for legal obligations or potential claims. Records of contracted work are retained according to applicable contractual, tax and accounting obligations. This notice does not imply that automatic deletion is configured.

OLS provides the email service. Communications are handled by people authorised by the company and technical providers needed to deliver the service. This website does not send your enquiries to Formspree in this version.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it, by emailing info@projekta.net. Explain your request and provide enough information to identify the communication; proportionate information may be requested if identity verification is needed. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions with legal effects.

Technical services

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website; Sanity delivers content, images and videos. To respond to browser requests, these services may process your IP address, access time, requested resource and technical browser and device information. This supports content delivery, availability and security, based on the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service. Technical log retention depends on the service and security and troubleshooting needs.

These providers operate internationally. Their processing terms provide safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
