Email and telephone enquiries

The form submits your enquiry through Formspree for delivery to Projekta. Email links open your email application and telephone links let you start a call. If you contact us, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry and, when requested, prepare a proposal or deliver the contracted service. The basis is taking pre-contractual steps or performing a contract where applicable; for other professional enquiries, the legitimate interest in answering the communication. Providing information is voluntary, although we need a way to reply. Contacting us does not subscribe you to marketing.

Retention and recipients

Enquiry information is kept while needed to respond and follow up on the proposal. Once the enquiry is closed or the proposal is declined, retention is limited to what is needed for legal obligations or potential claims. Records of contracted work are retained according to applicable contractual, tax and accounting obligations. This notice does not imply that automatic deletion is configured.

OLS provides the email service. Communications are handled by people authorised by the company and technical providers needed to deliver the service. Formspree receives the information you enter in the form to deliver your enquiry. See its privacy policy.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability where applicable, and withdraw consent where processing relies on it, by emailing info@projekta.net. Explain your request and provide enough information to identify the communication; proportionate information may be requested if identity verification is needed. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Authority. We do not use enquiries for automated decisions with legal effects.

Artificial intelligence assistant

The chat is optional. By pressing “Start chat” and sending an enquiry, you ask Cloudflare Workers AI to process your message and recent conversation messages to generate a reply about Projekta. Do not send personal data, confidential information or CVs. Replies are automated, may contain errors and do not constitute quotations or commitments by the company.

Conversation history is held in this page’s memory; “Clear conversation” removes it from your browser and lets you withdraw permission for new messages. Closing the panel only hides it. The assistant code does not save conversations to a database or log their content. This does not erase data already processed by the provider. See the Workers AI data processing information. You can use our regular contact channels without starting the chat.

YouTube videos, only with your permission

Before loading YouTube, we check your permission in the cookie preferences. Accepting does not start playback: you must also press “Watch video”. If you accept, your browser connects to YouTube (Google) to play the video and shares information such as your IP address, device information and the referring page. We use YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode; this does not mean it processes no data. When you interact, the provider may use storage or cookies under its policies. Your consent is the basis for loading this optional service. You can keep browsing without accepting.

We save your choice for 180 days in localStorage under projekta.consent.youtube: notice version, date, expiry and YouTube permission. You can change or withdraw it using “Cookie settings” or “Privacy and cookies”. Rejecting removes open players and blocks new YouTube loads. “Close video” removes the player and stops new connections from it; it does not erase information Google has already received or existing cookies. Technical services

Cloudflare hosts and delivers the website; Sanity delivers content, images and videos. To respond to browser requests, these services may process your IP address, access time, requested resource and technical browser and device information. This supports content delivery, availability and security, based on the legitimate interest in providing and protecting the service. Technical log retention depends on the service and security and troubleshooting needs.

These providers operate internationally. Their processing terms provide safeguards for international transfers, including Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable.
