About the project

A stand built around Microsoft's innovation

The Microsoft project at MWC needed to give its technology solutions visibility and enable visitors to explore them within the exhibition space. The concept combined product presentation, digital interaction and networking areas, connecting demonstrations with conversations between professionals.

The stand design featured a black and blue structure, illuminated elements and large LED screens. These elements gave the brand a visible presence and provided a setting for demonstrations and corporate content.

Product demonstrations, visitor routes and meeting areas

Interactive technology zones presented solutions including Azure, HoloLens and Dynamics 365. The layout was planned to help visitors approach the demonstrations and move through the stand in an organised way.

Alongside the presentation areas, private meeting spaces supported business discussions. This combination accommodated different activities within the same exhibition stand: discovering products, exchanging information and meeting professional contacts.

Collaboration between Projekta and Freeman XP

The project was developed through a collaboration between Projekta and Freeman XP. Coordination between the teams covered the development of the space and the execution of its design, production and installation.

The stand brings exhibition architecture, brand communication and digital content together in a bespoke space for a technology trade show.
