PROJEKTA / EXHIBITION GUIDE
Exhibition Stand Design & Build for Saló de l’Ensenyament Barcelona
We design, produce and install exhibition stands for Saló de l’Ensenyament at Fira Barcelona. An education exhibition space needs to express an institution’s identity, present its courses and support conversations with prospective students and families. Explore BAU stands across eight editions, within a collaboration that began in 2011.

Exhibition stands for universities and education institutions in Barcelona
Saló de l’Ensenyament brings education opportunities and academic guidance together at Fira Barcelona’s Montjuïc venue. For universities, schools and training institutions, the stand is a meeting point to explain programmes, answer questions and communicate a distinctive identity. Accessible reception, legible messaging and space for enquiries help organise that exchange.
BAU: an exhibition stand collaboration since 2011
Projekta has installed BAU’s stand since 2011. This selection documents the 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2022–2026 editions, each with its own gallery and spatial approach. The projects show changes in architecture, materials, reception points and audiovisual presentation alongside the institution’s evolving identity. Projekta handles stand design, production and installation in collaboration with Batlle Group.
Planning an exhibition stand for an education fair
Start by defining which programmes need to be communicated, how many staff will handle enquiries and whether student work will be displayed. We then coordinate layout, joinery, graphics, lighting and audiovisuals. Counters, information surfaces and circulation should support a clear visitor experience and simultaneous conversations.
